4.3 Refunds

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or generate using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6.2 Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publishing. You own the rights to AI-generated content created through your account.
6.3 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Balthazar Project AB and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Search Console, WordPress, or content management systems). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SEARCH RANKINGS OR SEO RESULTS, AS THESE DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALTHAZAR PROJECT AB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Balthazar Project AB from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- You may request a copy of your data within 30 days
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
